Processing Time

All in-stock items are processed within 2 to 6 business days. This includes time in the production queue before fulfillment. Please note that production timelines may vary based on order volume.

Shipping times depend on the destination. While we work closely with reliable logistics providers, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

If your parcel has not arrived after 60 days from the shipping date, you may request a full refund, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take up to 5–7 business days for the tracking to appear in the system.

If your item includes personalization or customization, additional production time may be required depending on the complexity of your request.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address and email are correct when placing the order.

  • If we detect missing or invalid address information, we may contact you for correction, causing potential delays.
  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
  • Orders returned due to invalid addresses will be donated to charity and not restocked.
  • Re-shipping fees will apply for orders that need to be resent due to address issues.
  • We are not liable for any loss if the final-mile carrier is instructed to forward or reroute the package after dispatch.
