INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS POLICY
At Shop The Grece, we provide a platform where users can create and sell their own custom merchandise. We strictly prohibit the use of our service to create or distribute content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or related protections.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by a user on our platform, please follow the steps below to notify us.
A. HOW TO REPORT AN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT
Shop The Grece maintains a policy to:- Remove or restrict access to content that we believe, in good faith, may infringe upon the rights of others, once we receive a valid complaint.
- Terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate intellectual property laws.
To submit a claim, please provide a complete notice including:
- A clear description of the copyrighted or trademarked material being infringed, including any applicable registration numbers.
- Details about the specific content you believe is infringing, along with its location on the Shop The Grece platform (including links or page descriptions, if possible).
- Your complete contact information: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A written statement affirming that you have a good faith belief the use of the material is unauthorized.
- A declaration, made under penalty of perjury, that the information you’ve provided is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or digital signature.

B. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE RECEIVE A VALID NOTICE
Once a properly formatted infringement notice is received:
- We will disable or remove access to the reported content.
- The user responsible for the content will be notified.
- If the user is a repeat offender, we may remove further content and permanently terminate access to their account.
C. FILING A COUNTER-NOTICE
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or that you are legally entitled to post it (for example, under fair use), you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent. Your counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the content that was removed or blocked and where it previously appeared on the Shop The Grece platform.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or that the content was misidentified.
- Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court in your area (or where Shop The Grece is based if you reside outside the U.S.), and that you will accept legal service from the party who submitted the original complaint.
- Your physical or digital signature.

Once we receive the counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless they take legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.
NOTICE OF LIABILITY UNDER DMCA
Under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), any person who knowingly submits a false claim regarding infringement may be held liable for damages, including legal fees.
