Exchange Policy

At OutfitGiftShopUS, we do not offer exchanges for orders once they have been confirmed. All customers are prompted to review and confirm product details — including size, design, and quantity — before finalizing their order. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections.

However, you may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it and submit a new order with your preferred details.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, your order may already be in production or processing and cannot be cancelled.

  • A 10% cancellation fee will apply to any approved cancellation request.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and offer full refunds within 30 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or broken on arrival
  • The received item is incorrect in design, size, or material
  • The product does not match the description
  • You received the wrong item altogether

We do not accept returns if:

  • Items have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items are not in original condition or packaging
  • Original tags are missing
  • Minor manufacturing issues (e.g., loose threads) are present but do not affect function or design

To be eligible for a return/refund, you must provide the following:

  • Photos of the defective/wrong item
  • Shipping label or receipt
